COA型油气式电动注油机
- COA type is a kind of pressure-relief type electric lubricator, has to work with CO or OA type oil-air volume distributors.
- The feature of CO and OA type oil-air volume distributors is "The discharge volume is fixed". And CO type has fixed amount of air, OA type can adjust the amount of air.
- It has a pressure switch device and been set up as 8kgf/㎝2, which assures the oil volume of lubrication point and check if the oil pipe works normally. The standard specification is NC (Normal Close) contact, which means if the pressure is abnormal, it will have signal.
- The timer controls the operation and interval time, and has sec/sec and sec/min to be chosen. The electronic box has operation, abnormal and interval indicators.
- It has a pressure-regulating valve, which can adjust the pressure and easy to check from the pressure gauge.
- It has a float switch that can detect the volume of oil. It will have abnormal signal automatically when the oil level is lower than the standard.
- It used a high quality alloy steel gear pump and induction motor that not only has steady output pressure and low noise, but also can assure each lubrication point with output of oil. It can be applied for large machines' request.
- It used a motor protector (also called fuse) to eliminate unusual electric currents and prevent the motor from overloading.
- There's a small buzzer inside but also can be added a bigger one on customers' request.
